Our Experience

NS MFG Solutions was founded in the summer of 2017 when there was an urgent need for a reliable Die cast tooling solution. The tool shop was in Dongguan, China. The very first project was to design a mounting system for swivel banner advertisement for the car dealers' parking lots. The part was designed in a way which both satisfying the customer's needs and die casting manufacturing' requirements. The tool was built in 6 weeks and samples in hand was one week after T1. Until these days, the tool is still producing quality products for the customer with 100% satisfactions from the Die caster. During the covid, reverse engineering projects were introduced. Since 2022, a group of injection molding tools were built and shipped to Ontario molders. These are "antique" parts for old pickup trucks, which are low volume but high detail requirements. The "original" samples were provided by the customer. Then, 3D scanned, modeling, 3D printing. After customer's approval, the mould was designed, built, sampled and shipped.
